As a condition of enrollment, the Hillel cannot be held responsible for accidents on or off campus that are the result of a child's ordinary negligence. In addition, enrolling in Hillel Camp is a grant and general consent to allow children to participate in camp activities like common field trips, sports activities, and camp programs. Similarly, enrollment is a grant to Hillel that parents and or legal guardians agree to indemnify and hold the school its agents, representatives, employees and assigns harmless from claims, expenses and costs for medical care and services that a student receives resulting from any injury or illness suffered while attending or participating in regular camp or a camp event.
