*Transportation to and from camp will be available from: Brentwood, Beverly Hills, Hancock Park, and Circle Park.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Switching Weeks Policy:
Cancellation of Entire Reservation Until May 24th, 2024: Full refunds will be granted (minus a 4% non-refundable fee).
Cancellation of Entire Reservation After May 24th - Until End of Summer 2024: No refunds, we will accommodate date changes/camp credit space permitting.
Switching or Reducing Weeks: Refunds given based on a change of weeks (7 weeks reduced to less) will incur a fee of the difference in price (weekly prices are more than full summer rates) and a 20% penalty in regards to the change, in addition to the credit card processing fee (4%).
