Camp Hillel Cancellation and Refund Policy
UNTIL APRIL 1ST
Full refund is available for cancellation minus $150 administrative fee.
Reducing from a "full summer" rate to a weekly rate will result in a new cost based on the selected weeks and will forfeit the 7-week full camp package discount.
AFTER APRIL 1ST
Cancellation of registration before May 1, 2026 will result in a 50% refund.
AFTER MAY 1ST
No refund or credit will be issued for any cancellation on or after May 1, 2026.
Camp Hillel will accommodate registration adjustments (switching weeks) when space permits.
Please note, Camp Hillel does not have a financial assistance program

We impose a convenience fee on credit cards that is not greater than our cost of acceptance. The convenience fee for use of a credit card is 3%.
